 Mother-Daughter Yoga Classes

Mother-Daughter Yoga brings moms and daughters together in a unique setting where they can move, laugh, and talk about important topics related to the tween/teen years.
Through creative movement, guided conversations, and art, girls develop self-awareness and learn important life-skills.  Sharing this experience with their mom opens lines of communication, deepens trust, and enhances the mother-daughter relationship.
All classes include creative yoga, guided conversations, and an art project. Beginners are welcome.
Classes are designed for moms and girls aged 8-12.

During this class, we will explore healthy choices, from friends to food to empowering ways of thinking.  Our discussion and activity will promote your daughter’s self-esteem and prepare her for a successful school year.
